How does your subscription and membership work?

CBD Samples Club is a quarterly subscription box that features samples of CBD products to help you discover which ones are best for you. Each quarter we ship you a CBD subscription box, valued at over $65, for only $24.95. With each quarterly box, you also receive a membership to our club, which features a member-only online store where you can purchase full-sized CBD products at 20% – 40% off the retail price. As a member, you also get access to VIP specials, new product drops and valuable information about CBD.

How much does a subscription cost?

Each quarterly box costs $24.95, a value of more than $65. Your initial order is charged the same day, the current box will ship according to our Shipping Schedule. After you receive your first CBD subscription box, you will be charged quarterly, approximately one month prior to shipment. You can cancel future boxes by cancelling your subscription prior to your next billing cycle.

What is included in my CBD Samples Box?

Your CBD subscription box will be filled with exciting CBD products from leading brands. There’s something for everyone, including products for skin care, sports, relaxation and more. Each CBD subscription box includes CBD samples from multiple brands so you can discover the perfect products for you.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply login and select My Account from the icon in the upper right corner of the website. Select Membership and on the Membership Page select Manage. On the next page select Cancel Subscription. That’s it, you’re done! You won’t receive any more sample kits and won’t be billed for any additional months. Your account will stay active until the next billing period, so you can still enjoy member-only pricing discounts and other benefits until that time. Order Processing and Shipping
When do you ship CBD Subscription Boxes?

CBD subscription boxes ship each quarter. View our Billing & Shipping Schedule for details. In general, we strive to send out boxes starting on the 15th of each shipping month, but due to high demand it can sometimes take a bit longer. We ship via USPS, and transit time can take 7 to 10 business days from date of shipping. You will receive an email announcing when we have shipped your order.

Where do you ship?

CBD Samples Club only ships within the contiguous United States, except for states where CBD sales are not permitted. Only a few states do not allow CBD sales, so it is likely that we can ship to you. You can see which states allow shipping from the checkout page. In the shipping information section, you can access the dropdown menu for the State field and see a list of all states where we can ship. If your state is not listed, be sure to check back in the future as regulations can change quickly.

I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder to see if the confirmation email was redirected there. If you are using Gmail, please also check your Promotions tab. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please try to login to your account to verify your contact information and account status. If the above steps haven’t fixed the issue, please contact Customer Support

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

If you received an email that your order shipped and it has been 14 days since the date of shipping, please contact Customer Support and an agent will gladly assist you.

Returns and Refunds
My order arrived damaged or there’s a problem with a product. What should I do?

We’re here to help. Please contact Customer Support and one of our agents will determine the best solution for you.

Can I get a refund for my CBD subscription box or purchases from the store?

All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, or product sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
